MEET THE OWNER:
AUSTIN HAYES

"I'm Austin Hayes, owner of Collective Culture Barbershop in Johnson City, Tn. I started cutting hair 7 years ago on a random venture. I immediately fell in love with it and had a huge vision of wanting my own shop. Seven years later that vision came to fruition. Our motto is LGFG "Look Good, Feel Good" which refers to our shop's vision beyond a haircut. We offer full service beard & hair care, hair/beard products, esthetician skin care, facial waxing, beverages, and even complimentary cologne as you walk out to embody our LGFG message."

MEET SABRINA:

"I'm Sabrina and I've been behind the chair for

3 1/2 years. I fell in love with hair from my first day in cosmetology school and I couldn't imagine doing anything different. To me, doing hair isn't work. I get to be creative and make people look good. I'm so excited to join the Collective Culture team and see where this new journey takes me!"

MEET JEREMY:

"I became a barber because I needed a real career, and college wasn't the path I wanted out of life. Working for myself, making my own hours, and enjoying what I do every day is what I was looking for. Barbering is something I have enjoyed for 18 years, and this long path is what led me to Collective Culture Barbershop. From this platform, I'm excited to continue growing my craft and serving the community to the best of my abilities!"

MEET JERRY:

As a Texas native who has lived in Tennessee for 12 years, I have found that my experiences as a correctional officer and minister have prepared me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Pursuing barber school was a calling that led me to become a barber focused on renewing and empowering clients. Not only am I a barber, I am a counselor and friend. Come relax and take the weight of the world off your shoulders. Lets make you look good and feel good!
